Pastor Jeffrey Dickson, PhD
Senior Pastor
While growing up in south central Texas, Jeff was saved, baptized, and later ordained at Oakwood Baptist Church. Jeff's wife (and better half) Brianna is originally from Brookneal Virginia where she was saved and raised in the faith. Both recognize their calling from the Lord to see Christ glorified in their lives and to see lives changed through His gospel. Jeff and Brianna attended and graduated from Liberty University where they met. Jeff has completed a degree in Pastoral Leadership, a Masters of Divinity, and a PhD in Theology and Apologetics. Pastor Jeff has faithfully served the Lord in Virginia for over 12 years in fulltime ministry and is an online professor of theology and apologetics. Brianna and Jeff have four beautiful children--Audrey, Henry, Landry, and Heidi--and are excited to serve the Lord together at Salem Baptist as they see folks become friends and friends become part of the family of God. To God be the glory!

Cheryl Fisher
Office Manager
Cheryl Fisher was born and raised in Sandston, VA. She accepted Jesus into her heart and was saved, like so many young ones, at the age of 9 at her local church's VBS. She married Mike 25 years ago and together they have one son, Caleb. She also has the privilege to be step-mom to Shawn, who is married and has given them 3 awesome grand kids. Cheryl has been an active member of Salem Baptist Church since 2007 and is excited to be a part of the office staff at Salem that serves the church family.

Mary Goodman
Administrative Assistant
Mary Goodman was born and raised here in Goochland County and has been a part of Salem since she was a baby in the nursery. When she was 8 years old, she asked Jesus to be her Savior and was baptized at Salem. She grew up in the Salem youth group and still holds many of those friendships made there close to her heart. She married Rick 18 years ago and together they have
3 children, Maggie, Carter, and Sam. The whole family is blessed to serve together at church in various ways – on the worship team, teaching Sunday School, acting in Bethlehem Walk, and helping in the nursery. Mary is a recent addition to the Salem office staff and also enjoys working part time as a Speech Language Pathologist.
