While growing up in south central Texas, Jeff was saved, baptized, and later ordained at Oakwood Baptist Church. Jeff's wife (and better half) Brianna is originally from Brookneal Virginia where she was saved and raised in the faith. Both recognize their calling from the Lord to see Christ glorified in their lives and to see lives changed through His gospel. In answering that call. Both attended and graduated from Liberty University where they met. Jeff, has completed a degree in Pastoral Leadership, a Masters of Divinity, and a PhD in Theology and Apologetics. Jeff and Brianna have faithfully served the Lord in Virginia for over 11 years in fulltime ministry. They have four beautiful children: Audrey, Henry, Landry, and Heidi and are excited to serve the Lord together at Salem Baptist as they see folks become friends and friends become part of the family of God. Pastor Jeff is also an adjunct professor at Liberty University School of Divinity and author. To God be the glory!
Kim Bunge was born in Richmond, VA but grew up in North and South Carolina during her father's pastoral years. She was saved by the grace of God at the age of five and rededicated her life to serve the Lord in 1999. She has been married to her high school sweetheart Chuck for thirty years and God has blessed them with six children. Kim Bunge has faithfully served as the office manager for Salem Baptist Church since 2001 and also helps run a mobile dance company that serves the greater Richmond area.
Mike accepted Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior at a youth camp in southern Missouri. His bride, Tina, accepted Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior as a young lady while attending Antioch Bible Baptist Church in Kansas City, Missouri – the same Church where the two met, dated, and were eventually married in 1989. God called Mike into active military service in 1991. Over the course of the next 30 years, God used the United States Army as a vehicle to make Mike and Tina ambassadors for Jesus Christ in children’s ministries, youth ministries, and young adult ministries in multiple bodies of believers across 4 continents. As Mike transitioned out of the Military in 2020, the two continue to follow God’s call to ministry and are blessed to be able to serve God in the body of Christ at Salem Baptist Church.

Cheryl has been an active member of Salem Baptist Church since 2007 and is excited to be a part of the office staff at Salem that serves the church family.
